Wilfred Dion, commonly known as Wil, is an orphan whose parents’ died one year ago in an accident that happened inside the Yuidora mine which coincidentally was the time when Wil was taking the entrance exam to join the Alchemist Guild. Before I review the routes, we must know who’s the protagonist first. Each will have different conflict with different problems, and different drama. There are three routes in this game which involves Wilfred into three different scenarios his life can take place. Little did he know, fate has different plans for him that would make him the protagonist of a grand quest. At this point, one man was finally going to take the entrance exam, which he once failed, to follow his parent’ footsteps and become what he dreams to be an alchemist. Wilfred Dion is an aspiring young man of Yuidora with a simple dream to become an alchemist and to bring smiles in people’s faces. This city was founded 18 years ago after the abolishment of the Old Mikelty Kingdom which led to the establishment of the Mikelty Union which consisted of Yuidora and other independent city-states. In the end, the Present Gods won and they ruled the world.īack to the current timeline of the game, it introduces the Raulbhach continent, the second biggest continent in the world and under this continent is the region of Setetory which lays the city of Yuidora.
Three factions of Gods were contending at the time namely: the Artificial Goddesses, the Present Gods, and the Ancient Gods. Dir Lifyna was the world when two different worlds, “Nei Strina” and “Ias Strina”, merged and war took place as the gods from both worlds try to defeat each other. Kamidori Alchemy Meister is set on the world named Dir Lifyna which means in Elvish “The End of Two Corridors”. As of now, I can say that this game is much longer than Fate/Stay Night itself even if you count out the gameplay aspects of this game (It feels like it anyway). Spending on side quests and storylines can really be a time waster as well because not only does it have a huge directory of dialogue, it also needs some strategy to employ so as to advance to the next event. To be honest, I think its content can easily amount to as much as 80 hours. Kamidori Alchemy Meister really took my time off my life because of its huge content it can offer to the player as you explore the various places of Raulbhach, the continent in which we play at, and listen in several stories each respective characters have. There are spoilers below so viewer discretion is advised.
